Payroll

We operate a payroll bureau that provides a comprehensive service including PAYE and National Insurance, tax credits and student loans, statutory sick pay, maternity pay and paternity pay.  The Bureau also deals with HMRC’s interim and annual filing requirements, including P11D, P35, P45 and P60.

Company secretarial

We provide comprehensive company secretarial services to clients, including filing annual returns, maintaining the statutory books, directors appointments and resignations, share and dividend transactions.

Construction industry scheme

We administer the scheme on behalf of our clients in the construction industry.

Employment support
